Chateau Sartre

Zoom Chateau Sartre labels 2004

It's a wine to be enjoyed that will accompany you throughout a meal, for right now and for 3 to 4 years to come.

From their hillsides the vines of Chateau Sartre overlook the estuary of the Gironde and the village of Gauriac. On these fine terroirs of Cotes de Bourg, I like to combine the Merlot that gives "flesh" and the Cabernet that structures with elegance.

The fruity and fresh final touch, I entrust to the Malbec, this old grape variety that is becoming rare...

The ageing is done in barrels; with delicacy; for just the right harmony.

I hope you have as much pleasure drinking it as I did making it.
